We have discovered a fun little tradtion in our neighborhood. After our snack and homework time, we run to the pantry, grab our zip lock baggies and rush outside for our Acorn Hunt! It has turned into a nightly event that lasts for about an hour. The boys try to see who will gather the most acorns and then we come home to count them (sneaking in a little math here...). I just love this one on one time with my boys.
