We love our new house and neighborhood but the one thing we don't have is a cul de sac. Our old house had the perfect cul de sac with tons of friends to ride our bikes with.... But, we have learned to improvise, the neighborhood behind our backyard was foreclosed on and we have tons of empty streets to learn to ride our bike on! So, we took Shep out and took off his training wheels. He did really good for his first time out. Hud is an old pro at his bike and just loved going up and down the hilly streets. The boys got side tracked by the rain water going into the street gutters. Pretty soon, we forgot all about riding bikes are we were all sending leaves, branches and empty bottles "down the river" to watch them float.....so much fun!
