I was working in the backyard, pulling weeks. The boys were running in and out of the house playing up a storm. I first noticed that they were digging holes in the backyard. I asked what they were doing and they said they were "digging a hole to the center of the earth". I replied, "Cool! Knock yourself out, have fun!" (knowing that this would keep them occupied while I worked on the lawn). A few minutes later, I noticed that Hudson was still digging but Shep had run into the house. I went inside to check on him and saw him standing in the living room (see picture above). I don't know how his little self did it but he took apart our smoker and drug it into the house and reassembled it. I asked him what on earth he was doing and he said, "I want to cook a lizard.". I said, "Oh, ok, why would you want to do that?". He said, "Well, I am Chef Shep. I like to cook ." Nuff said. I somehow convinced him that it was not a good idea to be cooking in the living room and that if he really wanted to cook a lizard, we would wait until Daddy to come home and ask him. Thankfully, by the time Cody got home, Chef Shep had forgotten all about his Lizard-Tar-Tar!
