Oh my goodness, Cody and I haven't had this much fun since the 70's! We took the family to The Thunderbird Roller Skating Rink and for $5.50 each, we enjoyed 3 hours of roller skating fun! Cody and I were reminicing about how things have not changed in 40 years...still the same decor, same music and same skate dances. We enjoyed the Red Light-Green Light, all girl - all boy skate, speed racing, backwards skate and couples skate. I don't if we enjoyed it because it was a trip down memory lane but it was a ton of fun. We really enjoyed showing the boys a new experience too. Shep got frustrated and kicked off one skate and went to town on one skate and one sock! Hudson skated for 3 solid hours and would not come off the rink until he mastered the art of roller skating. Poor Katy ended up falling and hurting her knee. Cody and I worked up quite a sweat teaching the boys how to skate and pulled muscles in our back and stomach that I didn't know we had! But, nonetheless, worth the money and experience!

Ooooo that brings back memories for me just looking at ya'lls pictures. I gave away many kisses to many boys on the rollerskating rink. And man, oh man, did I think I was the best rollerskating mistress in the world!
